The National Weather Service in Sioux Falls has issued a

* Flash Flood Warning for...
  West central Jackson County in southwestern Minnesota...

* Until 115 AM CDT.

* At 1011 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing 
  heavy rain across the warned area, with over 3 inches estimated in 
  some areas. Local law enforcement reported 2.5 inches of rain has 
  already fallen in Okabena as of 10pm. Flash flooding is expected 
  to begin shortly.

* Some locations that will experience flooding include...
  Okabena.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Be especially cautious at night when it is harder to recognize the
dangers of flooding.

Excessive runoff from heavy rainfall will cause flooding of small
