* At 823 PM CDT, local law enforcement reported thunderstorms
  producing heavy rain across the warned area. Up to three inches of
  rain have already fallen. Flash flooding is expected to begin
  shortly.

* Some locations that will experience flooding include...
  Jasper.

NORTHERN ROCK AND SOUTHWESTERN PIPESTONE COUNTIES...

Local law enforcement reports continued road closures in rural areas 
of the warned area due to flooding. The public reports up to 6 
inches of rain had fallen near Jasper, MN. Additional rain is 
possible in the next 24 hours.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Be especially cautious at night when it is harder to recognize the
dangers of flooding.

Excessive runoff from heavy rainfall could continue to cause 
flooding of small creeks and streams, country roads, farmland, and 
other low lying spots.
