Southwestern Otter Tail County in west central Minnesota... * Until 500 AM CDT. * At 1214 AM CDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing heavy rain over Underwood. Up to two inches of rain have already fallen. Flash flooding is expected to begin shortly. * Flash flooding will remain over mainly rural areas of southwestern Otter Tail County, which includes Fergus Falls. Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 2 inches are possible in the warned area in a short amount of time. This includes Interstate 94 in Minnesota between mile markers 51 and 65. PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS... Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood deaths occur in vehicles.
