Central Wadena County in central Minnesota... East central Otter Tail County in west central Minnesota... * Until 500 AM CDT Sunday. * At 1051 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing heavy rain near Bluffton. Up to three inches of rain have already fallen. Flash flooding is expected to begin shortly. * Flash flooding will remain over mainly rural areas of central Wadena and east central Otter Tail Counties. Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 2 inches are possible in the warned area. PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS... Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads.
