  A Dam Break in...
  East central Emanuel County in east central Georgia...

* Until 830 AM EDT Monday.

* At 1136 PM EDT, Law Enforcement officials have reported that a 20 
  foot section of Gray Mule Farm Road had been washed out due to an 
  earthen dam failure in Garfield, Georgia. The Flash Flood Warning 
  has been extended due to the potential for additional roadways 
  being washed out during the overnight hours. 

* Locations impacted include...
  Garfield.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.
