Eastern Uvalde County in south central Texas... * Until 345 AM CDT * At 1252 AM CDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing heavy rain across the eastern part of Uvalde County. Up to two inches of rain have already fallen the past hour. Same ares received 2 to 4 inches early Monday. Flash flooding is expected to begin shortly as rain rates are averaging between 4 to 5 inches per hour. * Some locations that will experience flooding include... Sabinal, Knippa, Utopia and Concan.
