* At 905 AM CDT, local law enforcement reported water beginning to 
  flow over county roads. Torrential rainfall is currently moving 
  across the county with estimates of 2 to 3 inches.

* Some locations that will experience flooding include...
  Carrollton, Waverly, Norborne, Hale, Bosworth, Wakenda, Bogard,
  Tina and De Witt.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

...THE FLASH FLOOD WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 300 PM CDT FOR
CARROLL COUNTY...

At 1025 AM CDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing 
heavy rain across the warned area. Nearly 3 inches of rain have 
fallen in the vicinity of Carrollton. Flash flooding is expected as 
another 1 to 2 inches are possible before thunderstorms taper off by 
early afternoon.

Some locations that will experience flooding include...
Carrollton, Waverly, Norborne, Hale, Bosworth, Wakenda, Bogard, Tina
and De Witt.
