  was located over Oskaloosa, moving southeast at 20 mph.

  HAZARD...Tornado and quarter size hail.

  SOURCE...Radar indicated rotation.

  IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without 
           shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed. 
           Damage to roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur.  Tree 
           damage is likely.

was located near Hedrick, or 12 miles north of Ottumwa, moving
southeast at 25 mph.

At 513 PM CDT, local law enforcement reported winds of 70 mph near 
Fremont.  

HAZARD...Tornado and quarter size hail.
