* At 513 PM CDT, a confirmed tornado was located near Ottumwa
Industrial Airport, or 7 miles north of Ottumwa, moving southeast
at 35 mph.
HAZARD...Damaging tornado and quarter size hail.

IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without
shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed.
