* At 1136 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing
heavy rain across the warned area. Up to two inches of rain have
already fallen. Flash flooding is expected to begin shortly.
* Some locations that will experience the most significant flooding include...
Millersville, Willow Street and Smithville.

...THE FLASH FLOOD WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 230 AM EDT FOR
SOUTHERN LANCASTER COUNTY...
At 142 AM EDT, local law enforcement reported significant flooding
from heavy rain in the Mountville, Millersville and Willow Street
areas. Over three inches of rain have already fallen in some of
these locations, causing numerous roads to flood.
Although the heaviest rain has ended, moderate rain will continue
until at least 3 am, causing the flooding to persist.
