conditions, including during the evening commute. Additional
snow accumulations of 3 to 5 inches are expected. Total snow
accumulations of 6 to 10 inches through tonight. Heavy lake
effect snow expected Thursday into Friday. Total snow
accumulations of 8 to 15 inches are expected in the most
persistent lake snows.
* WHERE...The Eastern Lake Ontario Region.
* WHEN...For the Winter Storm Warning, until 4 AM EST Thursday.
