  Southeastern Cattaraugus County in western New York...
  Central Allegany County in western New York...

* Until 730 PM EDT..

* At 648 PM EDT, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing a tornado
  was located near Weston Mills, or near Olean, moving east at 45
  mph.

  HAZARD...Tornado.

  SOURCE...Radar indicated rotation.

  IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without 
           shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed. 
           Damage to roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur.  Tree 
           damage is likely.

* Locations impacted include...
  Olean, Wellsville, Alfred, Cuba, Weston Mills, Hinsdale,
  Friendship, Scio, Andover and Belmont.

This includes Interstate 86 between exits 26 and 33.
