WILL EXPIRE AT 515 PM EDT...
        
The storm which prompted the warning over east central Monroe county 
has moved east into Wayne County. Therefore, this initial warning 
will be allowed to expire. A second warning, however, remains in 
effect for portions of Wayne county.
