Up to two inches of rain have already fallen. Flash flooding is expected to begin shortly. * Some locations that will experience flooding include... Wellsville, Alfred, Cuba, Whitesville, Friendship, Scio, Bolivar and Andover. This includes Interstate 86 between exits 28 and 32. PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
