The National Weather Service in Boston/Norton has issued a Wind Advisory, which is in effect from 10 AM this morning to 5 PM EST this afternoon. * WINDS...West 15 to 20 mph with gusts up to 45 mph. * TIMING...Late this morning into the afternoon. * IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result. * LOCATION...East slopes of the Berkshires. PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
