* Flash Flood Warning for...
  Southwestern Worcester County in central Massachusetts...
  Southern Hampshire County in western Massachusetts...
  Hampden County in western Massachusetts...

* Until 300 PM EDT.

* At 1055 AM EDT Doppler Radar indicated rain, heavy at times, 
  crossing through southwest and south central Massachusetts. 
  Rainfall totals so far included 3 inches in Westfield, and 1.5 
  inches in Springfield. Periods of rain, heavy at times, are 
  expected to continue into this afternoon. As a result flash 
  flooding is expected within the warning area.

* Some locations that will experience flooding include...
  Springfield, Chicopee, Enfield, Westfield, Holyoke, Agawam, West
  Springfield, Ludlow, South Hadley, Webster, Southbridge, Auburn,
  Easthampton, Longmeadow, Suffield, East Longmeadow, Belchertown,
  Wilbraham, Oxford and Millbury.

HAMPSHIRE AND HAMPDEN COUNTIES WILL EXPIRE AT 300 PM EDT...

The heavy rain has ended across southwest Massachusetts. Any poor 
drainage flooding that is ongoing will continue to gradually recede 
during late this afternoon.As of 255 pm, the West Branch Westfield 
River was in crest below flood stage and will gradually recede 
during late this afternoon. The Westfield River at Westfield was 
still rising as of 255 pm, but is expected to remain within its 
banks. Please continue to heed any remaining road closures.
