* At 545 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing
heavy rain across the warned area. Radar estimated over two inches
of rain has already fallen in a few areas. Flash flooding is
expected to begin shortly.
* Thunderstorms are moving very slowly and could produce an
additional 2 inches of rainfall over the next few hours.
* Some locations that will experience flooding include...
Preston, Spring Valley, Spring Grove, Harmony, Houston, Mabel,

of rain have already fallen. Flash flooding is already occurring.

next few hours.
