The National Weather Service in Juneau has issued a High Wind Warning, which is in effect from 3 AM Sunday to midnight AKST Sunday night. Wind gusts have started to decrease in the Downtown Juneau area. Gusts ranged from 40 to 60 mph throughout the day. Marine Exchange observations around the AJ Dock area measured sustained winds of 40 to 50 mph and peak gusts of 60 to 80 mph. Expect gust of 40 to 50 mph to continue overnight.
