.SYNOPSIS FOR THE WESTERN GULF OF ALASKA...
Low pressure in the Gulf dissipates Thu morning. A 973 mb low will
move to 55N 148W Thu night then it will move to 57N 147W at 964 mb
Fri morning. The low will then move inland over the Kenai 
Peninsula at 974 mb Fri afternoon.

.SYNOPSIS FOR THE WESTERN GULF OF ALASKA...
Several troughs sweep the Gulf ahead of a 991 mb low at 53N 145W 
Thu afternoon. The low intensifies to 963 mb near 58N 150W Fri 
morning then shifts to 61N 147W at 981 mb and dissipates Sat 
morning. Its front stretches across the Gulf into Southeast Alaska
through Sat morning.
