* Until 715 PM PDT

* At 422 PM PDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing 
  heavy rain along Highway 375 west of Rachel. Flash flooding is 
  expected to begin shortly.

* Some locations that will experience flooding include...
  Rachel.
  Highway 375 between Warm Springs and Rachel.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.

Excessive runoff from heavy rainfall will cause flooding of small
creeks and streams, country roads, farmland, and other low lying
spots.

rain across the warned area.  Flash flooding is expected to begin
shortly.

Rachel and highway 375.

NYE COUNTIES WILL EXPIRE AT 715 PM PDT...

The one remaining thunderstorm in the area was rapidly decreasing in 
intensity as of 700 pm as it was moving toward Rachel. Flooding is 
no longer expected to pose a threat but some rain and gusty winds 
are possible. Please continue to heed any remaining road closures.
