* At 401 PM PDT, Doppler radar indicated scattered thunderstorms
producing heavy rain across a wide region of northeast San
Bernardino County. Some of the new storm activity was moving over
areas that experienced heavy rain earlier in the afternoon and
this could enhance the flash flooding risk. Flash flooding is
occurring or expected to begin shortly..

...THE FLASH FLOOD WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 700 PM PDT FOR
NORTHEASTERN SAN BERNARDINO AND SOUTHWESTERN CLARK COUNTIES...
At 532 PM PDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing
moderate to heavy rain along Interstate 15 from Baker California to
Jean Nevada. The most intense storms were south of Nipton drifting
northward and is expected to move into southern Nevada shortly.
Flash flooding remains a threat.
Some locations that could experience flooding include...
Baker, Cima, Primm, Mountain Pass, Sandy Valley, Nipton And Ivanpah
Roads, Nipton, Sr 127 Near Dumont Dunes and Dumont Dunes.
