* Flash Flood Warning for...
  Southeastern Osage County in northeastern Oklahoma...

* Until 430 AM CDT Tuesday

* At 825 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing 
  heavy rain across the warned area. Radar estimates that up to 2 
  inches of rain has fallen near Hominy and more heavy rain is 
  falling in the area currently. Flash flooding is expected to begin 
  shortly.

* Some locations that may experience flooding include...
  Hominy...                         Wynona...
  Avant...                          

Additional heavy rainfall from a complex of storms to the west is 
expected later tonight over the warned area. This will only 
exacerbate the flooding situation across southern Osage county.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.

Be especially cautious at night when it is harder to recognize the
dangers of flooding.

sweeps thru the area over the next couple hours. This heavy rain 
will only exacerbate the flooding situation.
