The National Weather Service in Shreveport has issued a

* Tornado Warning for...
  Northern Shelby County in eastern Texas...

* Until 945 PM CDT
    
* At 900 PM CDT, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing a 
  tornado was located 6 miles southeast of Timpson, or 8 miles 
  northwest of Center, moving east at 35 mph.

  HAZARD...Tornado. 

  SOURCE...Radar indicated rotation. Significant damage has been 
           reported near Garrison with this storm. 

  IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without 
           shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed. 
           Damage to roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur.  Tree 
           damage is likely. 

* This dangerous storm will be near...
  Tenaha around 905 PM CDT. 
  Joaquin around 930 PM CDT.

At 919 PM CDT, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing a tornado 
was located about 6 miles southwest of Joaquin, or 9 miles northeast 
of Center, moving east at 40 mph. Rotation has weakened in this 
storm, but may reintensify in the next few minutes. 

HAZARD...Tornado. 

SOURCE...Radar indicated rotation. 

IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without 
         shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed. Damage 
         to roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur.  Tree damage is 
         likely.

...THE TORNADO WARNING FOR NORTHEASTERN SHELBY COUNTY IS CANCELLED...
        
The storm which prompted the warning has weakened below severe
limits, and has exited the warned area. Therefore, the warning has 
been cancelled.  However heavy rain is still possible with these 
thunderstorms.
