* At 358 PM PST, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain squalls
  redeveloping over the warned area. This rainfall is not expected
  to be as heavy as earlier rains, but it will likely exacerbate
  flooding concerns in the San Diego Metro.

* Some locations that will likely experience flooding include...
  Chula Vista, Carlsbad, El Cajon, Vista, Encinitas, National City,

...THE FLASH FLOOD WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 900 PM PST FOR
SOUTHWESTERN SAN DIEGO COUNTY...

At 453 PM PST, Doppler radar indicated a redevelopment of heavy rain
across the warned area.  Flash flooding has been ongoing and will
likely continue over the next several hours. 

The San Diego River at Fashion Vally was at 10.2 ft, 1.1 ft shy of
the 11.3 ft flood stage. Some additional rises in the river are
possible due to additional runoff.
