heavy rain falling across the warned area. Up to one inch of rain
has already fallen in the past three hours. Flash flooding will
likely begin shortly.
* Some locations that will likely experience flooding include...
San Bernardino, Fontana, Rialto, I-15 Through The Cajon Pass,
Rancho Cucamonga, Muscoy, Devore, Hwy 138 Between I-15 And Hwy 2

BERNARDINO COUNTY...
At 229 PM PST, Doppler radar and automated rain gauges indicated
that heavy rain was falling over the area with more approaching
fromthe west. Flash flooding is likely. In addition, excessive
rainfall will likely result in debris flows within and downstream of
the 2016 Blue Cut Fire burn scar, including railways. The debris
flow can consist of rock, mud, vegetation and other loose materials.
Some locations that will likely experience flooding include...
San Bernardino, Fontana, Rialto, I-15 Through The Cajon Pass, Rancho
Cucamonga, Muscoy, Devore, Hwy 138 Between I-15 And Hwy 2 and San
