The storms which prompted the warning have weakened below severe
limits, and no longer appear capable of producing a tornado.
Therefore the warning will be allowed to expire.  However gusty winds
are still possible with these thunderstorms.

A tornado watch remains in effect until 900 PM EDT for north central
North Carolina. A tornado watch also remains in effect until 200 AM
EDT for south central, central, southwestern and west central
Virginia.
