* Severe Thunderstorm Warning for...
  Southeastern Halifax County in central North Carolina...

* Until 545 PM EDT

* At 525 PM EDT, a severe thunderstorm was located near Scotland
  Neck, or 9 miles southwest of Rich Square, moving northeast at 30
  mph.

  HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and quarter size hail. 

  SOURCE...Radar indicated. 

  IMPACT...Hail damage to vehicles is expected. Expect wind damage 
           to roofs, siding, and trees. 

* Locations impacted include...
  Scotland Neck and Tillery.
