Colorado...
Fountain Creek Near Fountain affecting El Paso County.
.Heavy rainfall and snowmelt in the Colorado Springs area has caused
minor flooding on the Fountain Creek near Fountain. The creek appears
to have crested and is receding. Flooding should diminish through
the evening. Barring further rainfall, the flood warning should be
cancelled near midnight tonight.
