The National Weather Service in Paducah has issued a

* Tornado Warning for...
  Central Christian County in south central Kentucky...

* Until 1215 AM CST
    
* At 1140 PM CST, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing a
  tornado was located 7 miles southeast of Cadiz, moving northeast at
  45 mph.

A second tornadic circulation was noted near the Trigg, Christian 
County line northwest of Herndon. This circulation may intensify and 
move south of Hopkinsville. so persons should be prepared to take 
cover.

  HAZARD...Tornado and golf ball size hail. 

  SOURCE...Radar indicated rotation. 

  IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without 
           shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed. 
           Damage to roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur.  Tree 
           damage is likely.

...A TORNADO WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 1215 AM CST FOR EAST
CENTRAL CHRISTIAN COUNTY...
    
At 1153 PM CST, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing a tornado
was located over Hopkinsville, moving east at 45 mph. 

This circulation has consolidated in and near Hopkinsville, so 
intensifcation of this storm may occur very shortly.

HAZARD...Tornado and golf ball size hail. 

SOURCE...Radar indicated rotation. 

IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without 
         shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed. Damage 
         to roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur.  Tree damage is 
         likely. 

This tornadic thunderstorm will remain over mainly rural areas of
east central Christian County.
