already fallen. An additional 1 to 2 inches is possible. Flash
flooding is expected to begin shortly.

Waterbury, Meriden, Middletown, Wallingford, Glastonbury,
Naugatuck, Southbury, Wolcott, East Hampton, Durham, Hamden,
