SOUTHWESTERN BUTLER...CENTRAL MONROE...NORTHWESTERN ESCAMBIA AND
CONECUH COUNTIES UNTIL 230 PM CST...

At 152 PM CST, the strong thunderstorm was located over Excel, or
near Frisco City, moving northeast at 45 mph.

this storm.
