  Perry County in southeastern Mississippi...
  Southern Wayne County in southeastern Mississippi...

* Until 945 PM CDT Wednesday

* At 341 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated a heavy rainband associated 
  with Tropical Storm Cindy that was moving into the area from the 
  south. Flash flooding is expected to begin over the next couple of 
  hours.

* Some locations that will experience flooding include...
  Midtown Mobile, Downtown Mobile, Prichard, Daphne, Tillmans Corner,
  Fairhope, Saraland, Gulf Shores, Bay Minette, Foley, Theodore,
  Chickasaw, Satsuma, Orange Beach, Spanish Fort, Grand Bay, Wiggins,
  Robertsdale, Citronelle and Lucedale.

Additional rainfall amounts of 4 to 8 inches are possible 
throughout this evening. This could become a very serious situation.

dangers of flooding.

...THE FLASH FLOOD WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 945 PM CDT FOR
MOBILE...BALDWIN...SOUTHERN WASHINGTON...SOUTHERN CLARKE...GEORGE...
PERRY...SOUTHERN WAYNE...GREENE AND STONE COUNTIES...

At 523 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated a heavy rainband that has 
rotated ashore over southwestern Alabama and interior southeast 
Mississippi. Individual storms moving along the band are producing 
rainfall rates as high as two inches per hour. Some areas could 
easily pick up three to four inches just over the next three hours.

If you live in an urban area or near a small creek or stream please 
heed this warning and be prepared to act!

Midtown Mobile, Downtown Mobile, Prichard, Daphne, Tillmans Corner,
Fairhope, Saraland, Gulf Shores, Bay Minette, Foley, Theodore,
