Southwestern Butler County in south central Alabama...

* At 1059 AM CDT, Doppler radar indicated Doppler radar indicated
bands of moderate to heavy rains continuing to lift northward off
the Gulf over the warned area.
* Some locations that will experience flooding include...
Andalusia, Brewton, Evergreen, East Brewton, McKenzie, River Falls,
Castleberry, Red Level, Heath, Gantt, Pollard, Riverview and I65
And US 84.
Doppler rainfall precipitation estimates suggest that between 1 to 2
inches of rain has fallen since 8 AM mostly over the far southern
portions of the warned area. An increase in coverage is forecast
through late afternoon and an additional 2 to 4 inches are possible.
This will likely lead to widespread flooding problems.
There have been reports of a few road closures due to flooding.
