Lafayette County in south central Wisconsin... * Until 1015 PM CDT * At 716 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing heavy rain across the warned area. Up to three inches of rain have already fallen for areas west of Darlington. Flash flooding is expected to begin shortly. * Some locations that will experience flooding include... Darlington, Shullsburg, Belmont, Benton, Argyle, Blanchardville, Somers, Wiota, New Diggings, South Wayne, Lamont, Gratiot, Yellowstone Lake St Park, Platte Mounds, Lead Mine, Leslie and Woodford. Two to four inches of rain have already fallen across a good portion of Lafayette County. There are no more storms expected to affect the county over the next hour.
