  Southwestern Reagan County in western Texas...
  Southeastern Upton County in western Texas...

* Until 745 PM CDT
    
* At 705 PM CDT, a tornado producing storm was located near Texon, or
  9 miles east of Rankin, moving west at 10 mph.

  HAZARD...Damaging tornado and half dollar size hail. 

  SOURCE...Radar confirmed tornado. 

  IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without 
           shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed. 
           Damage to roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur.  Tree 
           damage is likely.
