* Flash Flood Warning for...
  Western Glasscock County in western Texas...
  Eastern Midland County in western Texas...
  Southeastern Martin County in western Texas...

* Until 530 PM CDT

* At 234 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing
  heavy rain across the warned area. Flash flooding is expected to
  begin shortly.

* Some locations that will experience flooding include...
  Midland, Stanton, Greenwood, Spraberry, Courtney and Stanton
  Municipal Aiport.

This includes the following low water crossing locations CR 120
Crossing Midland Draw, CR 1130 Crossing Midland Draw, CR 1140
Crossing Midland Draw, CR 1150 Crossing Midland Draw, FM 307 Crossing
Midland Draw, CR 715 Crossing Monahans Draw, and FM 1150 Crossing
South Draw.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.

Excessive runoff from heavy rainfall will cause flooding of small
creeks and streams, urban areas, highways, streets and underpasses as
