* Flash Flood Warning for...
  Northwestern Midland County in western Texas...

* Until 715 AM CDT

* At 512 AM CDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing 
  heavy rain across the city of Midland. Flash flooding is expected 
  to begin shortly.

* Some locations that will experience flooding include...
  Midland, Midland International Air and Space Port, Cotton Flat,
  Warfield, Midland Airpark and Skywest Airport.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.

...THE FLASH FLOOD WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 715 AM CDT FOR
NORTHWESTERN MIDLAND COUNTY...

At 603 AM CDT, Doppler radar indicated the thunderstorms producing 
heavy rain have moved out of the warned area and will be leaving 
the county shortly.  However as runoff may still be ongoing the 
warning will be allowed to continue.

Some locations that will experience flooding include...
Midland, Midland International Air and Space Port, Cotton Flat,
Warfield, Midland Airpark and Skywest Airport.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
