  Eastern Ector County in western Texas...

* Until 715 AM CDT

* At 411 AM CDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing 
  heavy rain across Odessa and West Odessa. Flash flooding is 
  expected to begin shortly.

* Some locations that will experience flooding include...
  Odessa, West Odessa, Penwell, Odessa Schelemeyer Field and North
  Cowden.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.

...THE FLASH FLOOD WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 715 AM CDT FOR
EASTERN ECTOR COUNTY...

At 500 AM CDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing 
the heavy rain have just moved out of Ector county.  Over 1 inch 
of rain has fallen in Odessa during the past hour and Flash flooding 
is expected to continue.  Therefor the warning will be allowed to 
continue.

Some locations that will experience flooding include...
Odessa, West Odessa, Penwell, Odessa Schelemeyer Field and North
Cowden.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
