* Until 1030 PM CST.

* At 1002 PM CST, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing a
  tornado was located over Emden, moving east at 65 mph.

  HAZARD...Tornado. 

  SOURCE...Radar indicated rotation. 

  IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without 
           shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed. 
           Damage to roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur.  Tree 
           damage is likely. 

* Locations impacted include...
  Palmyra, Warren, La Grange, Maywood, Emden, Philadelphia and
  Taylor.

At 1013 PM CST, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing a tornado
was located near Philadelphia, moving east at 65 mph.

HAZARD...Tornado and quarter size hail. 

SOURCE...Weather spotters reported a funnel cloud. The funnel cloud 
         was reported east of Ewing.

IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without 
         shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed. Damage 
         to roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur.  Tree damage is 
         likely. 

Locations impacted include...
Palmyra, Warren, La Grange, Maywood, Philadelphia and Taylor. 

This also includes  Wakonda State Park.

         likely.
