The National Weather Service in Louisville has issued a

* Tornado Warning for...
  Northeastern Scott County in central Kentucky...
  Northwestern Harrison County in central Kentucky...

* Until 630 PM EDT
    
* At 616 PM EDT, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing a tornado
  was located 11 miles south of Williamstown, moving east at 30 mph.

  HAZARD...Tornado. 

  SOURCE...Radar indicated rotation. 

  IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without 
           shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed. 
           Damage to roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur.  Tree 
           damage is likely. 

* Locations impacted include...
  Stonewall, Alberta, Hinton and Rutland.
