RUSSELL...NORTHEASTERN CUMBERLAND AND SOUTHERN ADAIR COUNTIES...

At 1034 AM CDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing heavy
rain across the warned area. Up to two inches of rain have already 
fallen. Flash flooding is possible, especially in low-lying 
locations.

Some locations that will experience flooding include...
Jamestown, Russell Springs, Eli, Cundiff, Royville, Karlus, Fairplay,
Russell County Airport, Crocus and Ono.

Some additional light to moderate rainfall is possible over the next 
hour.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.
