NORTHWESTERN HARRISON...EAST CENTRAL DUBOIS...CRAWFORD...SOUTHERN
ORANGE AND SOUTHERN WASHINGTON COUNTIES...

At 245 AM EDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing heavy 
rain across the warned area. Current Doppler radar estimates that 3 
to 4 inches of rain have fallen. Flash flooding has been reported 
and is likely ongoing across the warning area.

Some locations that will experience flooding include...
English, French Lick, Blue River, New Pekin, Palmyra, Marengo,
Milltown, Birdseye, Hardinsburg and Livonia.

While thunderstorm activity has continued to show signs of 
diminishing, an additional inch of rainfall is possible through 415 
AM EDT.
