The National Weather Service in New Orleans has issued a

* Tornado Warning for...
  Northeastern Harrison County in southern Mississippi...

* Until 915 AM CDT

* At 841 AM CDT, a confirmed tornado was located near Lyman, or 9
  miles north of Gulfport, moving northwest at 30 mph.

  HAZARD...Damaging tornado. 

  SOURCE...Emergency Management confirmed tornado. 

  IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without 
           shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed. 
           Damage to roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur.  Tree 
           damage is likely. 

* The tornado will be near...
  Lyman around 850 AM CDT. 
  Saucier around 905 AM CDT. 

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

To repeat, a tornado is on the ground. TAKE COVER NOW! Move to an
interior room on the lowest floor of a sturdy building. Avoid
windows. If you are outdoors, in a mobile home, or in a vehicle, move
to the closest substantial shelter and protect yourself from flying
debris.

...A TORNADO WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 915 AM CDT FOR NORTH
CENTRAL HARRISON COUNTY...
    
At 857 AM CDT, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing a tornado
was located over Saucier, or 16 miles south of Wiggins, moving
northwest at 30 mph.

HAZARD...Tornado. 

SOURCE...Radar indicated rotation. 

IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without 
         shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed. Damage 
         to roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur.  Tree damage is 
         likely. 

This tornadic thunderstorm will remain over mainly rural areas of
north central Harrison County.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

TAKE COVER NOW! Move to a basement or an interior room on the lowest
floor of a sturdy building. Avoid windows. If you are outdoors, in a
