  Allen Parish in southwestern Louisiana...

* Until 115 PM CDT

* At 813 AM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain across the 
  warned area. Up to three inches of rain have already fallen in the 
  past six hours. Flash flooding is likely already occurring.

* Some locations that will experience flooding include...
  Leesville, Kinder, Oberlin, Rosepine, Elton, Merryville, Anacoco,
  Reeves, Dry Creek, Singer, Fort Polk, De Ridder, Sugartown, Slagle,
  Ragley, Fields, Mittie, Grant, Deridder and New Llano.

Additional rainfall amounts of two to five inches is possible in the 
warned area through early afternoon.
