The National Weather Service in San Juan has issued a

* Flash Flood Warning for...
  Aguada Municipality in Puerto Rico...
  Moca Municipality in Puerto Rico...
  Aguadilla Municipality in Puerto Rico...

* Until 615 PM AST

* At 311 PM AST, Emergency management officials reported tributaries 
  from Rio Culebrinas out of its banks in Aguada at road PR-417 and 
  PR-4417. Very heavy rainfall continues across and along the Rio 
  Culebrinas basin.  Up to three inches of rain have already fallen. 
  Flash flooding is expected to begin shortly.

* Some locations that will experience flooding include...
  Moca, Aguada, Aguadilla and Luyando. 

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.
