  Arecibo, Adjuntas, Camuy, Utuado, Lares, Hatillo, Rafael Capo,
  Rafael Gonzalez, Bajadero, Juncal, Quebrada, Cayuco, Carrizales,
  Piedra Gorda and Corcovado.

Move to higher ground now. Act quickly to protect your life.

Excessive runoff from heavy rainfall will cause flooding of small
creeks and streams, urban areas, highways, streets and underpasses as
well as other drainage areas and low lying spots.
