At 613 AM AST, thunderstorms had mostly  ended over northeast Puerto 
Rico, but scattered rain showers continued over the area. Flash 
flooding is likely continuing from the earlier heavy rain.

Some locations that will experience flooding include...
San Juan, Fajardo, Naguabo, Gurabo, Canovanas, Vieques, Humacao,
Trujillo Alto, Carolina, Juncos, Loiza, Las Piedras, Ceiba, Luquillo,
Rio Grande, Guaynabo, Roosevelt Roads, Anton Ruiz, Aguas Claras and
Luis M. Cintron.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Move to higher ground now. Act quickly to protect your life.

In hilly terrain there are hundreds of low water crossings which are
potentially dangerous in heavy rain. Do not attempt to cross flooded
roads. Find an alternate route.

A Flash Flood Warning means that flooding is imminent or occurring.
If you are in the warned area move to higher ground immediately.
Residents living along streams and creeks should take immediate
