...Strong Gusty Winds Expected on Monday...

.A strong weather system will bring a potent cold front across
eastern Kentucky on Monday. Along this boundary and in its wake, 
Southwest winds will gust to near 40 mph during the late morning 
and through the afternoon across the area. Wind gusts are expected
to be strongest in the higher elevations closer to the Virginia 
border and for locations west of Interstate 75 along with the 
Bluegrass area. The winds will settle down toward sunset on 
Monday.

...Strong Gusty Winds Expected on Monday...

.A cold front will move across eastern Kentucky on Monday. Along

...Strong Winds Continue This Evening and Resume on Tuesday...

.A deep area of low pressure will affect the area through Tuesday
bringing gusty winds to eastern Kentucky. Look for sustained
southwest winds of 15 to 25 mph to continue this evening with
gusts up to 40 mph. After subsiding for a time overnight and into
Tuesday morning they will resume at similar speeds and direction
for midday through early evening Tuesday.

evening, they pick up again during the day Tuesday. Expect

again from 11 am to 8 pm on Tuesday. 

* Brisk winds will continue into the overnight. However, winds
  have dissipated below advisory criteria. As we head into the 
  day Tuesday, wind speeds will increase once more, reaching 
  advisory criteria during the afternoon hours. 

* Sustained winds of 15 to 25 mph with gusts to 40 mph can be
  expected Tuesday afternoon. 

* Travel may become difficult for high profile vehicles on north
