  tornado was located 8 miles west of Maxie, or 12 miles northwest of
  Wiggins, moving north at 35 mph.

  HAZARD...Tornado.

  IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without 
           shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed.
