ONE PERSON WAS INJURED ON ELLIS LANE WHEN A TREE FELL ON THEIR VEHICLE. MANY ROADS WERE IMPASSABLE DUE TO DEBRIS AND WATER, AND OVER 3,000 PEOPLE WERE WITHOUT POWER
